Asia’s First Digital Accelerator Releases Winter 2017 Agenda


The First Asian Startup Digital Accelerator: We accelerate 100 companies to market each year. Our 2-day accelerator program is open to all small businesses, startups, and freelancers connected to Asia. Each application round is rolling admission until we select our top 100. We then select the top 10 companies from the applicant pool to pitch investors on demo day. Top 3 are announced the next day and proceed to get capital investment with our investor network.

The program has several components.

  • Part 1 Startup Development: First is the accelerator program that includes intense startup development training followed by an online demo day for the top ten companies to pitch investors, press and global accelerator directors.
  • Part 2 Mentorship: Once companies complete the program- they are given access to monthly startup development training with mentorship from successful entrepreneurs.
  • Part 3 Progress & Investment: Companies are given an opportunity to submit updates on their companies 2x per year to and pitch our investor network for capital.

Asra Nadeem Director Entrepreneurial Programs – Draper University —Asra loves technology and believes that Internet and intelligent systems will enable humanity to achieve it’s truest potential. She got started on the Net by running MIRC channels, making friends all over the globe and starting an ecommerce business that paid for college and more. Fresh out of college, Asra led product and growth for, Pakistan’s first internet startup, that brought government institutions, universities and local companies online through SaaS based recruitment platforms. Asra later launched Naseeb, a matchmaking social platform for Muslims and spearheaded’s special projects team to build web infrastructure for government organizations and MNC’s in the Middle East North Africa region.Today Asra heads up Draper University’s startup programs, where they grow startups solving the most intractable problems in the emerging markets. She frequently speak and write about building entrepreneurial ecosystems, relationship between science and entrepreneurship and empowering the human spirit. Einstein Ntim is a leading influencer within startup development networks from Silicon Valley to Africa. As a Ghana’s Future Leaders 30 Under 30 network representative, he speaks about mental health, entrepreneurship, and exponential technology at global accelerators, conferences, and corporate programs. He is also a serial entrepreneur, founding 2 healthcare startups- Enabled International (which leverages AI technology to digitize mental health data systems) and Bloomer Tech (which uses sensor technology to digitize clothing). Einstein was able to amass several partners from Singularity@NASA, Draper University, and other Silicon Valley based groups to build startup ecosystems for entrepreneurs of the African Diaspora with the launching of AfricaStartupEcosystem (a central directory of startup founders, accelerators, and funding on the African continent). Prior to his work in the USA, Einstein had a very diverse career in banking (UBS, Statestreet, Deutsche Bank), authorship (writer of “A New Way”), military (UK TA), ministry (Methodist Church minister) and professional sports (Harlequins Rugby Squad). As the Founder of Startup Wizardry, he has innovated top value events, that has helped many Startups to scale their business. He is the Chapter Leader of global events such as Rockstart Answers (Amsterdam), Startup Live (Vienna), Café Numerique (Belgium), and Events Curator for Startup Digest (Techstars). As a Mentor for Accelerators like NUMA (Paris), Institute of Product Leadership (Bangalore), and Raffles Design School (Bangalore), he has helped startups to innovate profitable Business Models. Prior to this, he worked as a Management Consultant at US Government Agencies in Washington DC.
